Repel the waves of Hive and head back to Ghost to complete the mission. Scan the controls at the back of the building to trigger the array. Kill all the Fallen and head into the large open building at the back of the area. When you have the codes, follow the quest marker through the building and out the other side. Once outside, you need to kill the Fallen until they drop a ghost containing the codes needed to continue the mission. Head into the building at the top of the hill and fight your way through it to the other side.

Once the room is empty, destroy the signal source to end the mission. This can be a tough fight, and the safest place to hole and fight from is in the area you first entered this large room. You will now be assaulted by a couple of waves of Fallen. Clear the room and scan the signal source. Scan them both to locate your next target, then follow the quest marker up a hill and into another building.įight your way through the building to a large room. One is on the wreck of a ship the other is in a building at the top of a hill in the distance. There are two signals you need to scan in this area. Jump on your sparrow and follow the quest marker into a new area. You can now access your sparrow whenever there’s enough room (only certain areas will forbid it completely) and travel around more quickly. Kill him and his minions to complete the mission. You will also be introduced to Riksis, Devil Archon. If all of you fire team members die (or just you if you’re playing solo), you will fail the mission and restart it from the previous checkpoint. Here you’ll enter your first Darkness Zone, which restricts respawning. When the scan is complete, you will be directed back to the building where you found your ship in the first mission.

Next, head to the indicated building and go downstairs to find a large map to scan. Once you land, head over to the crashed ship and scan it with Ghost. There will nearly always be a quest marker present, telling you where to go next. As such, I will not be going into great detail with how to complete them. If you find that you are too low level to take on the next mission, once you hit level 4 you can Patrol the areas outside of missions to gain more XP.Įach of the missions is very straight forward.
